Requirement Checklist
1. 18 years of age
2. High School Diploma or GED Certificate
3. 2 semesters in high school algebra passing or one post high school
algebra class
4. Official copy of high school transcripts
5. One year Alaska residency
6. $25.00 Application Fee
7. Aptitude tests (scheduled as needed at each application location)
Once the above are met, then an application form can be completed.
